Q-Linn Sports lingerie is designed for horse riding

For a sports bra to work properly you need to make sure you have the correct size. Follow these instructions to find what your size is.

How to make sure you have the optimal size.

You will need a tape-measure that has centimeters on it. measurement is done while you wear a non-padded bra.

Step 1: BAND SIZE

The band size refers to the measurement taken just below the bust.  Take a tape measure and measure very snugly around your ribcage - where the bra under-band sits, just under your breasts. make sure the measurement tape is TIGHT!

The amount of centimeters is called the ‘underbust size’ (for example 75cm)

Step 2: CUP SIZE

Measure across your breasts at the widest part. The difference between the under-bust size and this size is the cup size.

If you’re in between the sizes given below, choose the larger cup size

TIP: if you have broad shoulders, you probably want to go up a cup size.

Final tips about bra size:

  • A well-fitted bra should provide 90 percent of the support from the band, and the straps the remaining 10 percent.
  • the material will stretch, so start with your bra on the last or middle 'hook' at the back so you have room to make the band shorter when required later on.
  • Your underband should look straight and firm for support. If you want to test the fit then put 2 fingers at the back and if you can pull out up to 4cms in distance (NOT MORE!!), it fits!
